ARHITRAV Design and Construction - MANAGEMENT TEAM
CopyrightLuiza Zlatovic As the owner of ARHITRAV Design and Construction Luiza's main responsibility is to provide building design services and to focus on marketing and sales. Luiza holds a Master Degree in Architecture and has over 30 years of experience in construction industry.

For the past 14 years she is also very active teaching multiple architectural courses at Brighton College in Burnaby. For 9 years Luiza worked at Rheinzink Canada Ltd. as a senior technical consultant and advisor to architects, installers and property owners. Working at Rheinzink she detailed over 500 projects of different size and use and was construction overseer for many of them. She completed "The basics of working with zinc" hands-on course and developed numerous shop drawings for complex projects throughout North America and Asia. She performed sale calls and presentations to large audiences on a weekly basis, participated as an exhibitor on numerous construction trade shows and she trained and oversaw junior designers in the company.
Her European experience includes design involvement on commercial, medical, recreational, transportational, industrial and residential projects. Luiza is proficient in AutoCAD software.

She is fluent in English, Serbo-Croatian and Italian.
CopyrightGeorge Diewald As ARHITRAV's construction manager and site supervisor George leads construction services and is responsible for the bidding process and coordination of on-site work.
George is a journeymen carpenter with 30 years of experience in construction industry. He has also a vast experience in concrete formwork and earth work. He is a licensed operator of construction excavation equipment and certified safe operator for Hilti tools. He has held occupational first aid certificate for two decades.
George has worked on civil, institutional, industrial, commercial and residential projects during his carrier. He was co-owner and a site superintendent for Mackenzie Industrial Construction Ltd. for the period of 6 years.
